ethanol removal from air stream 1

I am trying to remove ethanol from an air exhause air stream using a condensor. I have the chilled water feeding the condensor at 4 oC all I am getting off is water, any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Please post your flow for feed streams and composition. U have the design condition for the heat exchanger? Also include your flow and composition of final product.
