Ethylene glycol at high temperature

We have been asked to build test equipment for automotive radiators using pure 100% ethylene glycol as a test fluid at temperatures of up to 140 degrees centigrade.  We know that serious accidents have happened when this has been attempted by others. Does anybody have any experience/comments please?
