Ethylene Transfer to Jetty

Hello everybody
I have got a question for you and hope you could help from your past experience.
I'm studying to transfer liquid ethylene from a storage stored at about -100C (Atmospheric Tank) to a jetty port at about 22 km from the tank.
Also, same case of propylene stored at about -45C to a port at 22km.

Does any one of you have an experience with this and what are the difficulties, if any, to do so?

what are the weather conditions along the route, high/low temps, terrain?
