Is there a reference that contains all the EU standards for electric motors and starters?

Yes if you look at the beginning of any of the EU Motor standards EN 60034-1 through EN 60034-22 it will give the definitions of the other motor standards. Also a good place to start is BSI Online search "EN 60034". Christopher Caserta
