First you have to try and find alloys that match up.
The Europeans agreed to start using UNS numbers about 15 years ago, so far they haven't used them at all.
EN is nothing other than trade restrictions. These are not consensus standards, they are not drafted in an open forum, they are generated by bureaucrats charged with protecting local suppliers.
