EVADOC 1-7 Shell SPEC 77/300 1

I need to know if exist a procedure to complete the EVADOC 1-7 of Shell specification 77/300 in the right way. The MESC Spec 77/300D describe the seven EVADOC but don't explain the way to complete and put the correct information in it.
My problem is that every single Shell GSI engineer that performe the Type Acceptance Testing (TAT) of valves, have a different interpretation of this EVADOCs and I don't understand which is the right way to complete them.

Ask Shell centrally and explain your problem with the different interpretations. Shell ought to be interested in giving you the correct answer.
