evaluation of damaged X-45 turbine vanes (industrial Gas turbine)

What is the best way to investigate the residual life of X-45 turbine vane? The parts may have been subjected to several repairs. I need to evaluate the general status to decide wheter or not they can be repaired again and employed again.
