i search about famous correlation of friction angle, cohesion, atterbig limit based SPT in USA, UK and Japan

CIRIA Report 143 is the best reference for use of SPT data.

The main useful parameters you can get are friction angle, undrained cohesion, young's modulus and mv (coefficient of volume change). The important thing is to apply engineering judgement in their use and applicability.

Using SPT data alone is not recommended, however often times we are left with no choice!
