Per this thread I posted back in Decemeber thread559-287644, I had some recommendations to use Event Base Motion.

Now I have a new project and I trying Event Based Motion and I am fighting through this as well. I have the Step-by-step book, but its not telling me what I need to know.

Can Event Based Motion hide and show components? If so, how and if not, what can I do to make this work?

SW Help leaves a bad taste in my mouth, it doesn't really answer any questions, just gives a basic defintion about something and moves on to the next thing. Step-by-Step, unless I am missing something (Very possible, when I ticked off trying to figure it out) doesn't really answer my questions, hoping someone out here has had some experience with Event Based Motion.

Thanks,
