Dear All.

I linked some data from another workbook in my worksheet.
I would like to update all the links automatically, whenever worksheet is getting openend / change any cell data. Hope this is possible in excel. but i could get it.

Excel should take care of this automatically for you. When you open your worksheet, XL should ask whether you want to update the links. If you click Yes, then XL opens the source workbook and updates the cells. The link is "live", as long as the source workbook is open.
