Ex d, Ex e Vs "Ex de"

I have a Ex d certified Panel and a Ex e certified Junction Box.
Can these combinedly called as "Ex de" Panel without having them combinedly certified as "Ex de" by a NRTL (Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory).

Does IEC allow it?

In my opinion it is possible if the Ex e junction box is installed inside Ex d certified panel.
Similar to an Ex d motor having Ex e certified terminal connectors inside the motor terminal box.
