Excel file lunched from Teamcenter..... 1

Hi,

I have a new corporation computer......
I tried to lunch an Excel file from Teamcenter (by clicking twice on it) but it downloads an Internet Explorer file, instead of an MS Excel file.....

How could I repair the link between Teamcenter and MS Excel?

Most probably you are getting an XML file from Teamcenter. Are you using the web based client?

You can tell your browser to open that XML file with Excel.
Also, check the named references for that Excel dataset in Teamcenter. Does it contain an xls file?
