We do most of our details in a "booklet" form (1 dwg number multiple sheets) the first sheet of the booklet is the title block with a spread sheet imbedded in it that shows the latest rev level for a particular sheet. I need to create a spread sheet to imbed in the first page of a booklet of 11X17 details. The drawing file may have up to 67 sheets. How do I anchor the spread sheet, how do I set it up so that the data can be updated without changing the format. And lastly is there any way to extract data from each detail sheet to populate the spread sheet, i.e. rev level 0,1,2 etc, and the callout M02, we place the balloon callout in the detail. I know this is tedious but these are hard and fast procdural requirements, I cannot change.

Regards

By spreadsheet do you mean BOM?
What info will you be calling up into the spreadsheet?
You could place an assembly (of the parts to be detailed in the booklet} outside of the 11x17 sheet & use a BOM to call up any info you need from the Custom properties of the parts in that assy.

[cheers] & all the best.

I do not mean the bill of material this spread sheet must show the call out vs rev level.

Insert, object, Excel spreadsheet.
