In this case, The RT of the welding Joint of Material P4,P5A After PWHT has a defect in the surface of the welding joint.
How many thicknesses Could we repair without the PWHT welding joint again.?

If it is a surface defect (maybe blowhole?!), simply remove it by filing. Ensure that the weld thickness is maintained, you can use up the reinforcement.
