Existing structural brick cracking

Situation: Please see the attached. Demoing an existing non load bearing 2-wythe brick wall (upto where it says STAY). A portion of the brick cracked because I think the beam was bearing partly on the non-load bearing portion as well, plus I believe that the non-load bearing wall was providing lateral support to the load bearing corner. Note that to the right of the STAY line, the wythe in the back has been demoed and then they saw the cracks and stopped with the front wythe. I am going to have them provide a 8” brick pier beyond the stay line with beam fully bearing.

But my main question here is about the cracks within the existing brick. What is the best way to repair those? I am not sure if epoxy or and Hilti adhesive could be used.

Quite likely in the current damaged state of the bricks -quite likely it seems by careless demolition-, whole substitution is the best procedure. Make unload the support by thoughtful shoring and then make the repairs.
 
I would be tempted to introduce a steel column under the steel beam (possibly a new footing under the column as well). Then remove bricks back to the "Stay" line and replace them around the steel column, tying into the existing brick. That way, there would be no cracks to repair.

One piece of info I forgot to share is that there are two more stories above this, similar. Thats why I am hoping to avoid taking out any of the brick around the crack and repair it somehow.
 
BA, I am proceeding inline with what you suggested. Installing a new HSS 4x4 column centered 6" from the stay line and then rebuilding the 4" gap between the stay line and the new column. New footing is not required since I have adequate existing footing for the column and the reaction is low (6 k).

I think the cracking occurred because A) improper demoing B) the existing beam does not have adequate bearing on the existing load-bearing wall, so part of it was bearing on the non-load bearing wall.
