I'm looking for information regarding the potential health hazards associated with exotic woods such as pink ivory, koa, cocobolo, etc. I will be working with a variety of such woods in the near future, and I would prefer to take the necessary precautions in terms of exposure to dust, sap, and other hazards. Something analogous to an MSDS sheet, if available, would be helpful. Are there any free websites that you could recommend that contain such information? Thank you in advance for your replies.

Woodsoftheworld.com has a very good site that has information on nearly every wood you can imagin, Form cutting, screwing, drilling, and most of all the health hazzards. the only thing I have not found is the Maple spour deases that I have contracted, that cost me a lung opperation and the need of a reperator the rest of my life. I also lost a web friend to the same deases.
