Expansion Joint Required?

Single story building masonry walls (~16' tall) with steel deck on bar joists. 260'x80' With one interior support line and joist spanning short direction. It will be temperature controlled i.e. AC. Feels like a border line situation and debating whether to expansion joint or not?

I usually use about 300 feet for the cutoff, give or take a few feet and depending on irregularities and other such circumstances.
