Experience with Sensitivity Study an Optimization

I am looking for help with "Sensitivity Study an Optimization" in Advanced Simulation.

There are two:

1. In the Modeling application, choose Analysis?Optimization and Sensitivity?Sensitivity Study.

2. In the Simulation Navigator, right-click on the simulation ? New Solution Process ? Optimization Advanced Simulation toolbar ? Optimization Setup

I am talking about the second one, wich is deals with FEM.

Before I start posting alle the questions and problems I found, I want to ask if someone has worked with that?
