Explain this calculation ( eurocode 5) 3

Can someone expalin the calculation shown with yellow?

- Take FBD of panel 1,

- Horizontal load at the top ( the left corner ) for the panel 1 will be Fvrd/2=FvEd,

- Apply a small uplift at the left corner to get max. conn. force between adjacent panels ,

- Then the max. conn. force at left corner would be F1v= FtEd - qd*bp/2

- Then calculate the shear at the first conn. ( 1250 mm from the right corner ).

Fv= F1v + 2qd*bp/3

Yes but why is the uniform load been taking into consideration twice? 0,5*q_p*b_p+ 2/3*q_p*b_p

I mean the compression from the unfor mload 0,5*q_p*b_p is logic but i really dont understand where the 2/3*q_p*b_p comes from. Is it the weight from the walls? because that is not given :S
