EXPLICIT mass matrix output

Hi,

I understand that the mass matrix can be output with the lines:

*STEP
*MATRIX GENERATE, MASS
*END STEP

In a linear perturbation analysis, but how can I view the diagonal lumped mass matrix of my dynamic explicit analysis?

Is there anyway to view the diagonal values of the mass matrix [M] in my analysis without introducing a new step...because I have not found a successful method.
