Exploded View not possible

SW03, SP3.1

I have an assembly (228 components, 200 mates) with 3 configs. I can't create an Exploded View in any of the configs. CTRL-Q doesn't help.

Anyone seen this or have advice?

Have you tried it on another machine to rule out whether the problem is with the machine or the file.

Weird. I've been doing exploded drawings all week, and this was the first time I experinced this. I tried it on another comp and everything was fine. I went back to my comp and everything is working as it should.

Chalk up another SW hiccup.
