Export error in Intralink

I often like to export a whole design package from my workspace into a folder on my harddrive. But I am not able to do it with this installation of Intralink (it worked with an earlier version of intralink). I end up having to bring up all my drawings in Pro/E and doing a backup to that folder. It would be so much easier if I could export everything from my workspace.

We use Pro/e WF-2.0 with Intralink 3.4

Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how to correct the problem?

Why would you EXPORT an entire design package from your workspace to a folder in the first place? Are you taking work home at night? You really are better off working within Intralink on various workspaces instead of constantly exporting and importing files.
