Export from Rhinoceros

I made the geometry of a 3d model with the program Rhinoceros.
Which’s the best way to export that to a SAP2000 model? ¿igs, dxf?

DXF is fine.

Another idea is if Rhinoceros offer the possibility of exporting to Excel. If you can export joint locations, connectivity and other data into Excel, you can import those Excel files into SAP.
