Export GIS data from HECRAS

I know how to import cross sections from Inroads to Hec Ras. Now, suppose I interpolate in HEC RAS, I can export that info to a sdf file. Then, how do I get info to show up on Microstation and/or Inroads as a new cross section? In other words, what do I do with the .sdf file?
