Export IGES from NX

Good morning all,

Has anyone ever seen this issue before?

I'm exporting an IGES, I go through all the necessary procedures but when it goes to create it nothing happens. It doesn't come up with an error. Exporting other file types is fine.

Any suggestions much appreciated.

Check customer defaults for gateway-> translators-> Iges-> output file directory and input file directory. If these are set make sure the location they are set to actually exist. I had a simular issue where the folder was removed and we could not export.
