Hello,

I would like to know how to open the results of bdf file in excel file. Is it possible?

Recommended for you

2 ways:
1) Patran>import xdb file>report your bar/shell forces/moments/stresses (whatever you need) >import the report file to Excel
2) Nastran analysis result *.f06 file> import *.f06 file to Excel

What you are asking has so many ways. I would advise you to use the 1st way as you are at a beginner level with this yet..
