Hello Friends,

I am working on Stress Analysis of a complex Pipe routing using ROHR2 for analysis. i have modelled the pipes in CATIA V5R19 (.CATPart).. i know how to get files from PDMS to work in ROHR2.. but i have never imported files from CATIA to ROHR2.. Is there some alternative to this.. I dont want to model the pipes in PDMS..not good with it. So, i was thinking if there is a way by which i can go from CATIA--->ROHR2 or.. CATIA--->PDMS--->ROHR2

can someone help ???

thank you.

see if any of those programs can import igs, stp...

if you are using swx piping module, such a macro might be doable, as it appears that you only need to export metadata (positions...) and not geometry itself. otherwise it would be like fighting with windmills.
