Exporting Notes from Project

Hi-

I have notes for certain parent tasks that are many characters long. When I cut and paste the task from Project to Excel - only a certain amount of characters are transfered.

Also- when I "save as" Excel and go through the "wizard" of which columns I'd like to save in Excel format- I also do not get all of the characters.

Any thoughts on how to get all notes - every character in Excel ?

( and I have like 460 parent tasks with notes I need to transfer? )

Excel has a 32,767 character limit in cells; can't imagine that your notes are THAT long. However, it will only display 1024 characters. The edit window in the formula bar will display all the characters available.
