Hi all,

We need to quickly export all the drawing files from PDM/Works. Aside from the good old fashioned manual method, is there another way to do this?

Is there an easy way to copy the vault and extract what I need from it? How would I go about this?

Fairly new user here so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tom

Talk to your VAR. There is a way to do this, and they may have the utility you need depending on what it is you want to accomplish and the frequency that you want to do this. It may cost a little but its better than doing it manually.

If you have the Save Latest Copy option selected, you should be able to go to the vault server and grab all the drawings as well.

Safest to talk to VAR first.
