Express Toolbars in AutoCAD 2002 -> where is it?

I am using AutoCAD 2002. How do I run the Express Toolbars?

If the Express Toolbars are not installed, how do I install them in AutoCAD 2002?

I am trying to use the "Explode Text" command, but I cannot locate it in AutoCAD 2002.

The Express tools are available through AutoDeck for about $50 to $60. It is to bad they did not include them with the program.
