Express Tools Menu in AutoCAD 2002

I have recently upgraded to AutoCAD 2002.
There were several useful utilities in the AutoCAD 2000 Express Tools Menu. This menu was included with AutoCAD 2000 but did not come with 2002.
I would like to be able to use these utilities, but cannot get them to run.

Was the licence for Express Tools limited to one release of AutoCAD ?

I have copied the old ET files to directory (folder) under AutoCAD 2002, and loaded the pull-down menu, but the command names do not work because they are not recognised.

Does anyone know the trick ?

Autodesk no longer supply the free express tools with AutoCAD 2002. If you goto the autodesk support page,

http://support.autodesk.com/enu/Homepage.asp

and do a search for migrating express tools from 2000 to 2002, the information is available.
