External Pressure Chart for SA-537 Thickness 64 mm and less

Hello everyone! May I please have some clarity on following??

External pressure chart referred in Table-1A for SA-537 Gr.1 (t<=64mm) is CS-3. And somehow, there is separate Chart for SA-537 Gr.1 (t<=64mm)as CS-4. Can somebody educate me how and why so?

This would appear to be an error.

Please see the section in II-D titled "SUBMITTAL OF TECHNICAL INQUIRIES TO THE BOILER AND PRESSURE VESSEL STANDARDS COMMITTEES". Follow the instructions on preparing an inquiry. The on-line tool is very efficient.
