Extract Custom Properties Via Api to Excel

Im trying to create a application to extract the parts from an assembly along with there custom properties. Everything works fine until i reach a property that has a embeded dimension.
Instead of pulling the value of the dimension I am only geting the dim name (ie "D1@Extrude1@7551-01.SLDPRT")

any clues as to what is going on

There's the input value and the evaluated value. You need the evaluated value.

Can't help more, SW just crashed when I opened API help.
