Extract iFeature

Hi, I am new to this feature and admit am struggling. I have a sheet metal panel 1.2mm thick about 700mm x 180mm and I am trying to put a row of 170mm long creases into one face, so I thought I would try the punch tool, 5 hrs later I am no near cracking this part of inventor, have been on the forums, googled it, but not got anywhere.
I can create through punched holes no problem, but to form a crease with internal and external fillets/radii seems to be beyond me.
Please take a look at the photo.
