Extract nodal froce information

Dear Experts,

heres my question, if i apply a pressure or a surface traction load on an a face of 3D block and subsequently mesh the block. Can i get what load each of the nodes on the said face carry? If there is a way to get that information i would really appreciate it if you all can help.

you can use the variable NFORC of the field output request.
