extreme cold climate

Hi. I am a new entry..so i thank you for accepting me.
I am a civili construction engineer and I just started an internship at the royal danish academy in Copenhagen.
I am studying the extreme cold environments and the outdoor comfort index.
I'd like calculate the PET index (physiological equivalent temperature.
I know that there is a software that is able to do it. it is RAYMAN.
However i am don't able to download.
Please, you could help me?
Could you share a link about it or other software for PET calculation?
