I am attempting to bond ceramic tiles to a steel backing that will be put into service in a very low pH environment (0.01 pH phosphoric acid). Bond strengths must be at least several mPa an the adhesive must retain some flexability. Any products, ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

You didn’t mention temperature or the presence of any organics or area to be covered so this is the first try.

Here is a company that might than likely be able to fill your needs. We have used their products with very good results. Give them a call.

They are a lot of other companies that make acid proof cements used for lining tanks for wastewater both acidic and basic.
