Good day everyone,

Is the flowrate of the extrusion always equal the capacity of the auger inside? Or are there calculations for extruder hole and auger capacity?

Cheers!

Depends on what you are extruding - pasta dough? wood chips for briquettes? plastic pellets? 60xx Aluminum? But yes, generally the flow rate will be some function of the extruder rpm or ram linear velocity (there are many different types of extruders...)
