failed to get umbrella auth

Dear all,

I'm trying to model the cutting of a food material with a wire. Lately I've been
getting the error message "Failed to get umbrella auth". The job is then
immediately aborted without even starting the analysis.

Unfortunately I cannot find any information about this error anywhere on the
internet.

Has anyone any idea what this could mean and how I could fix it?
