Failed to intialize Visual Basic for Apps..SW2004

getting the following error messge

Failed to intialize Visual Basic for Apps, equations and macros will not work. Are you low on disc space?

got a gig free and upgrading from Sw2003, running XP Pro and haev office XP installed not that it should make a differenace as SW doesn't use excel anymore

any help?

Don't upgrade!! Do a new installtion.

Uninstall all SW off your computer and reinstall according to FAQ559-488
