Falt Pattern in Pipe

I have drawn a pipe feature and now I need it's hole pattern in a flat feature. Is there anyway of doing this in Inventor. I basicallly need a flat pattern out of a pipe feature.

Yes. You have to break the pipe at some point, then highlight the inside face and select 'flat pattern'.
