family tables

Hello,

lately i'm getting run time errors when working in family tables. Wich results in a fatal error of NX.
See attached doc.

Someone with the same issue or solution?

Make sure that you have write access to the directory where Excel is installed, if not take help of system administrators and do the following.

1)Open the spreadsheet goto Tools->Add-Ins and browse to the UG root directory and select ug.xla.

2)Then open unigraphics and open the part you have mentioned, and create the family parts. (You should not get the error now)

You should be able to create the part families in your login, then onwards, in the same system.

This error is system specific.

I copied the ug.xla file from UG root directory to the add-ins folder of excell.

Seems to be working fine for now.
