Fan load as part of the reported effciency 1

Is the fan load included in the reported nameplate efficiency (NEMA, IEC, IEEE, etc.)? I am referring to the fan attached to the shaft, not an external blower.

Yes, motor is tested including any integral fan and associated losses will be part of windage losses.
