<dear all,

i hava an industrial hall with 45,000 meter cube volume which must be kept 4 degree c above the ambient which is 40 degree C as design temperature, i have come up with fan size of 160,000 meter cube/hour please somebody check it and let me know what will be the power consumption of such huge fan?

We can provide you some pointers so that you can check this on your own(as per the site policies).

Fan BHP = Air Flow (in cfm) x DP across fan (in inches WC)/(6356 x eff. of fan)

Fan kW = Air Flow (in Cu.M/Sec) x Dp across fan (in kPa)/eff. of fan

Include transmission(100% for direct coupled fans) and motor efficiency to get motor power rating.

What if you just used heaters instead? Hopefully no people have to work in there.
 
The outside air you bring in will see the following loads:
- heat from the fan
- heat from the lights
- heat from solar loads through glass
- heat from transmission through walls & roofs
- heat from people inside
- heat from equipment inside
You need to list Btu/hr loads from each.
then calculate CFM = (total Btu/hr loads) / (1.1 x Td °F)

You have to do a trial & error for the fan heat so the fan bhp will match the fan size required to provide the required CFM.

Fan bhp = (CFM x TP in. wg) / (6344 x Eff)

Where TP = in. wg fan total pressure
Eff = decimal efficiency you can use 0.65 as a good approximation

Fan heat in Btu/hr = Fan bhp x 2545
