I have been working with FANUC servo systems, following their wiring recommendations.
We have a new project, requiring a larger power supply than what is used on our stock machines.
The FANUC recommendations are as follows:
Circuit Breaker Size: 250A
Contactor Size: 250A
Cable Size: 3/0 or 80mm2
My concern is that the cable size is not large enough, using NFPA79 Table 12.5.1.
Any input would be appreciated.
