Hello, I am inquiring about an alternate P/N to HL62-PB70-6-4 and HL63***** these being the first oversize. I have been looking around and i cant seem to find an alternative. I have found that BACB30FP and BACM30FQ respectively to be the alternates but i cannot find a site or on My Boeing fleet to confirm this. Any suggestion would be helpful. Does anyone have or know a complete conversion sheet for the pins that correspond to the collars.

Reldys Romero ... this is an aerospace fastener question... No-wonder there has been no response.

Short answer: Go to the HL pin website and MOST of Your questions can be answered... although not all... but a good start.

NOTES.

Do NOT mix titanium and steel/CRES pins due to significant differences in STIFFNESS [steel/CRES pins OK to mix due-to similar stiffness's].

Download the spec page for parts that look like what You need.

Ask this question, again, if necessary AFTER reviewing what is available.

The HL pins listed are generally available in all diameters [up to ~0.500-OS]... but NOT all grip lengths may exist.
