Fatigue - ASME VIII-2 Changes

I have a 1983 ASME Section VIII, Division 2 and I'm interested in the Fatigue Evaluation section AD-160. Can anyone tell me if there have been any significant changes in recent years? I know that I should be using current code but right now I'm just trying to determine if I'm anywhere close to the requirements of needing an Appendix 5 evaluation. Thanks!
