FEA - Simple Assembly - What am I doing wrong

Hi,
Attached is a zip file containing the assembly 'Welded Assembly'

I can't for the life of me get results that make since.
What am I doing wrong.

My problem stems from the Supports Assem and Bridge Assem.
I can't seem to relate these two properly to get good results.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
This should be elementary, but I just can't figure it out.

suppress your pin constraints and re-run. you will also need to refine your mesh in the highly stressed regions.
