FEA software for nonlinear dynamic analysis of biphasic tissue 1

Hello,

I am looking if there is any nonlinear FEA software available that can analyze dynamic (oscillatory) movement of a biphasic (porous solid saturated with liquid) tissue. We are trying to get a dynamic model of vocal fold vibration. So far I have looked at Abaqus and FEBio, and neither seem to have that.
