Feeder in fertilizer granulation plant.

I am in charge of the design and installation of a fertilizer granulation plant. I have a problem in the transportation of humid preformed granules from a batch pelletizer mixer to a disc pelletizer to finish the granulation. In this stage is important to convert from batch opperation(pelletizer mixer) to continuous (disc pelletizer) and to not destroy the humid preformed granules. Does any one know which equipment is suitable to do this? Where can I find it or how to design it?

A good feeder to use is a vibratory unit. It consists of a vibrating pan (or trough) which will treat the soft pellets very gently, and combined with a variable speed drive will be able to vary feed rates. Here's a few links:
